Would you like the birthdate added on the rim? If so, please write it how you would like it. (ex— May 4th, 2020 or 5.4.2020) 4. What feature would you like in the center of the plate? (birthday cake, balloons, a present, flowers, candles) 5. What design do you want on the rim? (ex— checkered, floral, scallops, confetti) Be specific. Share an inspo photo with us if you have one.
